Providing ISP / OSP Engineering for KMC Telecom, ITC Delta Comm. Georgia Public Web, and other

local CLEC's and other private companies. Providing cost estimates, route developments for physical

SONETS and laterals for SONETS. Including engineering, generating, submitting and the tracking of all

relevant permits, Building entry agreements and Franchises (l.e. Railroads crossings, GDOT, ADOT,

FDOT, City of Atlanta and/or counties throughout the State of Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Texas, South

Carolina). Inspections for ISP/OSP construction and providing daily status reports through entire

construction(s) phases.

Reporting directly to the President, Directing the daily activities of engineering for CLECs and IXCs.

Multi-tasking in preparing weekly reports indicating progress and current status of route engineering

and permitting. Initiate and track all RFP(s) for prospective customers. Conducting quality control

review of proposed projects. Also generating additional work for the company. Review all subsequent

invoices for accuracy resolving any exceptions as necessary. Also starting utility locating division.

Some of our clients are MFN, looking Glass, KMC Telecom and BellSouth including engineering

Senior Project Engineer

Reporting directly to the Manager of Route Engineering, with the main focus on coordinating and

supervising the daily activities of engineering firms during backbone route engineering and distribution

engineering. Multi-tasking in preparing weekly reports indicating progress and current status of route

engineering and permitting. Conducting quality control review of proposed route engineering plans to

insure that appropriate KMC engineering standards and specifications are adhered to. Interact

extensively with right of way owners; permit agencies, other utility representatives, as well as

interacting with other KMC departments. Prepare purchase orders and cost estimates for engineering

services as well as permitting and make-ready cost. Review all subsequent invoices for accuracy

resolving any exceptions as necessary. States of responsibilities are Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi,

Oklahoma, Alabama and Florida.
